You can search for Invoices that have not been linked to a Delivery Schedule, for a selected date range. Sales Orders will show all documents, but those that have already been linked will show in Red.
The Trip Sheet is what the driver will take on his Delivery Journey in order to get the customer to sign that he has delivered the goods.

If an invoice has been added to the Delivery Schedule, it is not available to be selected again. However, Sales Orders that have been selected already will be shown in red on the search document screen.
Yes, each trip will have a number, e.g. Trip 1, but you can type in your description in the space provided next to it.
You can email your customers when you save the delivery schedule for each trip. If you change the schedule, you can email either only the newly added deliveries or everyone on that schedule.
