You can access the history of past deliveries by customer or inventory item, ensuring you have all the information you need at your fingertips. With just a click, export trip sheet and history information to Excel for further analysis.
The LetsDeliver app makes it simple to display trip sheet documents for delivery—just select the desired document and allow customers to sign upon receipt. Capture customer notes directly on your device, ensuring real-time control and visibility throughout the delivery process, whether you’re online or offline. Plus, quickly email signed copies of documents to clients as deliveries are completed, enhancing your service and operational efficiency.

Frequently asked questions
Is an invoice allowed to be selected more than once?
If an invoice or sales order has been added to the delivery schedule and has been delivered in full, it is not available to be selected again. However, sales orders and invoices partially delivered will be available on the document search screen so that outstanding items can be delivered.
Will I be able to capture feedback from Clients?
Notes from Customers can be captured on the device.
Will the module send Proof of Delivery to my customers?
The app gives users the option to email documentation to the client when goods are delivered.
