With LetsSync, you can automatically update your data at scheduled intervals throughout the day, ensuring you always have access to the latest information.

LetsSync has the capacity to add unlimited locations or branches.

LETSSYNC SETUP

  • Easily add new branches to the LetsSync setup as your business grows
  • The data can be transmitted using one of the following methods:
    • Via email
    • Via ftp site
    • Via removable disk
  • Data updates can be exported in both directions—from the Head Office to the Branch or Branches, and vice versa. Only newly updated data that hasn’t been previously exported will be included in the latest export, ensuring that there is no duplication.

AUTOSYNC SETUP

  • Move “Easily auto-sync your data at specific intervals during the day, giving you up-to-date data whenever necessary.” to the Auto Sync Setup section.
  • Streamline the synchronisation process and eliminate the need for human intervention by utilising the automatic sync feature. 
  • LetsSync can be configured to perform automatic syncs several times a day or only once weekly, depending on the user’s preference.

LETSSYNC EXPORT

In just a few minutes, all branches can be synchronised and “on the same page.” Updated transactions and new or edited master records—such as general ledger, customers, suppliers, inventory, sales, and cost codes, can be exported and imported across different locations and branches.
